A Focused Family Practice

Noor & Associates was founded on a simple observation: family disputes demand a different kind of advocate — one who understands both the law and the human cost of the process. We take on a limited number of matters at a time, so every client receives direct access to their advocate, not a junior file-handler.

We combine careful legal analysis with steady courtroom advocacy to deliver results our clients can rely on — whether the matter is a sensitive custody dispute or a complex inheritance claim. You will know the strategy, the timeline and the exact fee before anything is filed.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does a khula suit take?
Most khula suits in Lahore conclude within three to six months, depending on the court. A realistic timeline for your matter is discussed at consultation.
Must I appear in court personally?
For khula, the court generally records the wife's statement once. For most other steps, your advocate appears on your behalf.
Is my consultation confidential?
Yes. Everything you share is protected by advocate–client privilege, whether or not you engage the chambers.
Can I consult a female advocate?
Yes. Mention it when you message us and your consultation will be arranged with our female advocate.
I live abroad. Can you handle my matter?
Yes. We regularly act for overseas Pakistanis — consultations take place on call, and the court process is managed for you, including through a power of attorney.
Can my dispute be resolved without going to court?
Often, yes. Many family disputes can be resolved through negotiation or mediation — usually faster, more privately and at lower cost than litigation.
